FARMacy Curriculum

The FARMacy Curriculum brings to life the Culinary Medicine initiative, FARMacy: A prescription for a healthier community. Originally piloted through a partnership between Tucson Village Farm, Pima County Cooperative Extension, University of Arizona's College of Medicine, and El Rio Health Centers, and with funding from the Agnese Nelms Haury Foundation, the consortium is delighted to make this family-friendly based health initiative available to health and wellness organizations and initiatives across the country. Although originally piloted at Tucson Village Farm, this step-by-step guide was specifically designed to be replicated in any community space, classroom, or gathering place, either indoor, outdoor or a combination of the two.
