A Sonoran Desert staple, tepary beans have been grown in this region for thousands of years. Heat-tolerant and highly productive, the bean produced is small but extremely hearty. Cook the dry beans and put them in tacos, chili, or blend them into a variation on hummus! TVF saved these seeds from our own plants on the farm, and they are packaged in a custom packet colored by a community member.
